The Executive Management team is responsible for guiding the company’s overall direction, shaping strategic decisions, and ensuring that all areas of the business work together to deliver long-term value for our partners and Switzerland’s public transport sector. ​

The Market Management team oversees global markets and identifies target audiences to drive sales and make Swiss public transport travellers’ preferred choice for journeys to and in Switzerland.​

The Partner Management team represents our existing partners and builds new partnerships in Switzerland and beyond. They ensure global visibility by working with partners to develop and position high-impact public transport products.​

The Marketing Coordination team plans and coordinates global marketing, media, and sales activities. It aligns partner needs, public transport products, and international distribution to ensure visibility, growth, and sustainable revenue for the Swiss public transport network.​

The Marketing Production team is our internal creative agency, producing content, steering brand design, managing digital experiences and bringing campaigns, events and stories to life across every channel.​

Our HR team manages every stage of the employee journey from recruitment to departure and retirement, as well as providing expertise on labour law and social security.​

The Special Projects team oversees key internal topics, organisational development and cross-company initiatives, and ensures the successful delivery of strategic projects.​

The Finance & IT team safeguards financial transparency and ensures the reliability of the company’s digital infrastructure. The team provides the foundations for efficient and sustainable business performance, from accounting and reporting to IT operations and systems development.​
